Employee productivity by programs and sites
Timefort shows not only how long a person was at the computer but what the time went into — and counts the share of productive work by your own rules.

Programs and sites of the day
For every computer you see how much time each program and each site took. Only the domain of a site is kept — no page addresses.
Your own productivity rules
Mark a program or a site as productive, neutral or unproductive — or sort them into your own two-level categories, such as “Communication → Mail”.
The day band by hour
An employee’s day is a coloured band: productive work, neutral, unproductive and idle. The team overview shows everyone on one time axis the same way.
A summary by email
A manager can get a report every morning or once a week: who worked, how long and how productively.
Questions and answers
It is the share of productive time in the active time of the day. What counts as productive is up to you: categories are assigned to programs and sites in the team settings.
The rules are set per team. If departments need different rules, create separate teams for them — each will have its own categories.
No. The agent sends the address of a site and the server keeps only the domain: page addresses, parameters and contents are not stored, and private browser windows are not read.
Other features
Remote employees
When a team works from home, a manager does not have to ask who is doing what: everyone’s day is on one screen, and employees see the same statistics about themselves.
Timesheet and pay
The timesheet is built from the agent’s data, not from what people report: hours by day for a week or a month, a total for every person and pay at their rate.
